POLICY

RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION

A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an event. Deposits are non-refundable. If rescheduling, your deposit will be applied to your event.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of inclement weather, your event will be rescheduled for the next available date.

NO SHOW

You will be considered a no show 30 minutes after your event time has started. Please send an email to info@thesweestestpicnics.com to notify of a late arrival to your event. Your event time slot will not be altered due to a late arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Deposits are approximately 30% of event package cost and will be applied towards the balance. Deposits are non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to your email address after your event is booked.  An invoice must be paid 4 hours prior to your scheduled event.  

ALCOHOL

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Columbus, Georgia public parks.

TRAVEL

Picnics or events held outside of Columbus, Georgia city limits will be charged a gas mileage rate of .75 cents per mile driven.

ADDITIONS

$30 per additional guest.
$30 per additional 30 minute time slot.
