RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION
A 24 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel an event. Deposits are non-refundable. If rescheduling, your deposit will be applied to your event.
In the event of inclement weather, your event will be rescheduled for the next available date.
You will be considered a no show 30 minutes after your event time has started. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify of a late arrival to your event. Your event time slot will not be altered due to a late arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
Deposits are approximately 30% of event package cost and will be applied towards the balance. Deposits are non-refundable. An invoice will be sent to your email address after your event is booked. An invoice must be paid 4 hours prior to your scheduled event.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at Columbus, Georgia public parks.
Picnics or events held outside of Columbus, Georgia city limits will be charged a gas mileage rate of .75 cents per mile driven.
$30 per additional guest.
$30 per additional 30 minute time slot.
